Can I split a combo over 2 days?
Sometimes - it is sometimes possible to split combos over 2 days. Please do call and ask and the staff will let you know if it is possible for your booking.
Where is Check In?
The Check In location for Queenstown Combos is at the Queenstown Combos desk INSIDE The Station Building – located on the corner of Shotover & Camp Streets.
Do you do hotel pick up?
Sometimes we can arrange pick up for large groups, but it must be pre-arranged & confirmed. Otherwise check in is in The Station Building in central Queenstown.
Do I need to call to reconfirm my trip before departure?
Yes Please! We always ask for you to call and reconfirm your booking 24 hours in advance – 0800 423 836 or +64 3 442 7318.
Do I need to book in advance?
We strongly recommend that you book in advance to secure your seat.
Do you sell Gift Vouchers?
Yes! We sell gift vouchers for all of our Combos. They are valid for 1 year from purchase.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Is there a child price for my combo?
Most of our combos do have a child rate. Please contact us to enquire about your particular combo.
