Do I need to be able to swim to raft?

Yes – basic swimming skills are required for everyone participating in white water rafting.

Can I raft if I am pregnant?

Unfortunately we are unable to take pregnant women rafting for safety reasons.

Is there a minimum or maximum age or weight for rafting?

We have a minimum age of 13 and a minimum weight of 40kg.

The maximum weight for rafting is 120kg and the person must be able to fit our gear and safety equipment. We do have a number of extra-large wetsuits but ask that you are physically fit and able to swim.

Do you have showers available after the rafting?

Yes we have hot showers available after the rafting (no extra charge)!

What do I need to bring?

All you need to bring is swimwear and a towel. In the winter months you can wear thermals underneath the wet suits for extra warmth.
